Late S.A.O Bamgbelu – Past Principal Partner and Founder.
After starting the first 10 years of his working career in the UK working for Deloitte Haskins & Sells (Chartered Accountants), Otunba Bamgbelu returned to Nigeria, and worked as a Partner with Dele Dina and Co (Chartered Accountants). He brings a wealth of experience in a range of business advisory, taxation and accounting services to clients across many industries.
Otunba Bamgbelu was a Fellow member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants, Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, and Associate – Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.
Olu Bashorun – Partner.
Mr. Olu Bashorun commenced his career as working as an Accountant for a banking and Finance company in the UK, with several years experience working as a Chartered Accountant for Baverstock, Pollock and Co (UK). He also worked for UAC Nigeria Ltd and Leventis Group of Companies as Chief Accountant before moving on to Divisional Manager for Finance and Deputy General Manager.
He is Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Chartered Association of Certified Accountants, Member British institute of Management and Nigeria institute of Management.
Ibiyinka Bamgbelu – Partner.
Mrs. Ibiyinka Bamgbelu is an Accounting & Finance Graduate from Yaba College of Technology. She began her working carrier with a firm of Chartered Accountants; Deloitte Adetona Isichei & Co now Akintola Williams Deloitte Touche in 1989 to 1993 where she qualified as a Chartered Accountant. She moved on to Ernst & Young, Osindero Oni & Co. another firm of Chartered Accountant in 1993. In 1996, after having a wealth of experience in External Auditing, moved on to Internal Auditing by joining Nigerian-German Chemicals Plc to set up the Internal Audit department and was there for five years.
She held various positions at Food Concepts Plc. such as Finance Manager, Finance Controller (2006), General Manager (2007) and Chief Operating Officer (2008).
She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, and Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.
J.O Awofeko – Partner.
Mr. Awofeko’s experience has been gained whilst working for NNPC Calabar depot, Savannah Venture Finance Ltd, Trimco Manufacturing Company, Options Securities Limited and Adesina Bamgbelu & Co to date.
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).
Enitan Olawale Bamgbelu – Executive Director.
Mr. Enitan Bamgbelu has over 19 years’ experience as a Senior Project Manager and Commercial Manager within Engineering and Construction. He started his career as a Strategic Project Manager for London Underground Limited, his career spans the globe (Dubai, Canada, Beirut, UK and Nigeria), across multiple industry sectors such as Road Construction, Rail Transportation and Aviation. Today he oversees the strategic direction of the company. In his previous roles, he has managed and delivered multimillion pound and multibillion naira projects.
Enitan Bamgbelu has a Master’s Degree in Project Management. He is a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a chartered member of the Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors, a member of the Association of Cost Engineers of Cost Engineers and qualified member of the Association for Project Manager (MAPM).
B.A Bamgbelu – Executive Director.
Mr. Bamgbelu is a software architect / Solutions Designer. He previously worked at Sybase Inc., a database management and development software company as a billable consultant. Daley has vast experience in designing and development of Infrastructure applications, managing multicultural individuals due to his tremendous experience working in one of the top best places to work in Houston, Texas. He currently oversees process and tactical improvement, DevOps initiatives, new businesses and also serves as advisor to several private businesses.
Mr. Bamgbelu holds a Master’s Degree in Petroleum and Environmental Microbiology.
Ayodele Temitayo – Senior Audit Staff.
Mr. Ayodele Temitayo, is a Graduate of Mathematics and minor in Statistics from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology. He became an Associate of Accounting Technician in 2012 and an Associate Chartered Accountant in 2019. He began his working career with a firm of Chartered Accountants; WhiteTrust and Associate in 2012. He moved to become a Sales representative cashier at West African Seasoning Company Limited in 2012 – 2013 where he started the professional examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He also worked with E-Data integrity firm for two years, 2017- 2018.
In 2019, he was employed as a Senior Audit staff at Adesina Bamgbelu & Co. where he is exposed to Consulting, Accounting and Taxation apart from Auditing
Ayodele Temitayo is technologically savvy and has certifications in Sage 50 and Quickbook and has attended many seminars on Small and Medium- Sized Enterprises (SME) and Taxation.
Babatunde Adejumobi – Senior Audit Staff.
Mr. Babatunde Adejumobi started his career with Adesina Bamgbelu & Co. (ABC) as an Audit Clerk/Trainee in 2003, and has been involved in delivering various assignments to ABC’s Clients. He currently leads a team in Executing accounting Services, Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Internal Control System, Assets Verification and also Tax returns and reconciliation with Federal Inland Revenue Service to our clients across Nigeria.
Babatunde is prominent for his enthusiasm in the accounting profession and the developments in accounting software to enhance accounting deliverables. By virtue of this, he has completed 3 months training in Peachtree (Sage 50) and Quickbook with certified certificate from Accounting Solution Limited, and attended seminars and conferences across Africa on the future of the accounting profession.
He graduated from the University of Lagos with remarkable result in Accounting. He is currently aspiring to be a Chartered Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and he is working on his qualifications.
